My Coaching Approach

Coaching involves an in-depth Question and Answer session, leading you to a thoughtful, honest review of your current choices, aspirations and goals. Each coaching session generates action items. Determining specific goals between sessions keeps you clearly focused for best results. You make informed decisions regarding adjustments that will lead to your success.

I coach clients in person one to one and in groups, over the telephone (telecoaching) and offer full unlimited e-mail support (e-coaching).

My preferred method is a 45 minute fortnightly telephone call, as there is no time wasted in travelling. I offer face-to face coaching in the Ipswich area. As your coach, I work with you to identify the actions you need to take that will empower you to win your challenges and overcome obstacles, moving forward to achieve your goals, and work towards your dreams. You may wish to have a more comfortable life, create more free time, start your own business or get a promotion -- whatever YOU desire! Life Coaching is about YOU!

I offer four levels of service in Personal Life Coaching.

Options may be tailored to your needs and are available upon request, please phone. Sessions are normally fortnightly, and they can be paced to suit your individual needs.

Fees are payable in advance.

Either of us may end our coaching relationship at any time. I refund any fees for sessions not used. I also offer a no quibble money back guarantee on a month by month basis.
